The website itself
This is an informational website. It does not offer accounts, forms, comments, payments or file uploads. The website code does not set cookies, use browser storage for tracking, or include analytics, advertising pixels or third-party embedded content. Images and fonts do not require requests to an external image or font service.
Website requests and hosting
Our website is hosted through Afrihost on Apache/cPanel. Your browser sends network information when requesting pages and files, including an IP address and information about the browser and requested URL. Hosting systems may record access and error information for delivery, security and troubleshooting.
The exact server log fields and retention period depend on the hosting configuration. Contact us if you need information about records relating to your visit; we will check the applicable hosting records and settings.
Sudoku challenge links
The Friend Challenge page reads the code in the link in your browser to validate it and prepare an app link. Copying a code uses your browser’s clipboard permission. The page does not send the code to a separate processing service. A challenge URL is still a website request and may appear in hosting logs.
If you email us
Email links open your email app. If you send a message, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you include. We use that information to respond to the enquiry and handle related support or privacy requests. Our email service processes the message to deliver and store it.
Send only the information needed for your enquiry. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details or confidential documents. Contact us about access, correction or deletion of information you have provided; some records may need to be kept to handle an ongoing matter or meet a legal obligation.
Links to other services
Google Play and other external links take you to services with their own privacy practices. This website does not control what they collect after you follow a link. App data practices are described separately in our app privacy policies.
