A puzzle or saved game looks wrong
Send a screenshot of the board, the difficulty and the steps that led to the problem. Avoid clearing app storage or uninstalling while trying to recover progress: game data is stored locally.
A Friend Challenge link will not open
Open the original complete link your friend shared. If the app is not installed, use the Google Play link on the challenge page, then return to the original link. On the challenge page you can also copy a valid code for an app version that supports Friend Challenge.
If the page says the code is invalid, ask your friend to share it again. Do not edit the code. If the app still does not open, include its version and your browser name in your support message.
Purchase or ad questions
Describe the option you selected and what appeared. Never send payment-card details. The app privacy policy explains local game data and third-party services.

Include the app version, device model, Android version, exact error and steps to reproduce. Hide personal information in screenshots.
